Founded over 10 years ago in Dongguan, Guangdong—the heart of Southern China's manufacturing industry—Guangdong Ruisite Electric began as a specialized workshop focused on power resistor technology. From the very beginning, our mission was clear: to engineer reliable components that electrical systems depend on.
In our early years, we established a strong foundation in power resistors, manufacturing aluminum housed, ceramic wirewound, and through-hole sampling resistors for industrial applications. These products remain core to our portfolio today, trusted by clients across multiple sectors.
As our technical expertise grew, so did our product range. We expanded into braking resistors for variable frequency drives and industrial machinery, developing stainless steel grid models for heavy-duty applications in ports and mining, as well as compact designs for general industrial use.
Recognizing the critical need for system safety, we introduced Neutral Grounding Resistors (NERs) —engineered to limit earth fault currents in medium-voltage power systems. Manufactured to IEEE 32 and IEC standards, our NERs now protect personnel and equipment in power plants, substations, and industrial networks worldwide.
In response to growing demand for power testing solutions, we developed our load bank division. Today, we offer a comprehensive range of AC/DC resistive, RCD, and liquid-cooled load banks from 1kW to over 10MW, serving the renewable energy, data center, and generator testing markets.
