The RXLG Series Aluminum Housed Wirewound Braking Resistor is a high-performance industrial dynamic braking resistor engineered and manufactured by RST Electric, a professional resistor supplier with over 10 years of dedicated R&D and production experience.Aluminum Housing Resistor is specially developed to solve the common defects of traditional open wire resistors and ceramic tubular resistors, such as frequent overheating, weak vibration resistance and short service life under continuous dynamic braking conditions.

Adopting an integrated extruded aluminum alloy shell as an all-in-one heat sink and a high-temperature ceramic core wrapped with high-stability alloy resistance wire, the RXLG braking resistor features a compact structure, excellent heat dissipation performance and strong anti-shock capability.


Its power range covers 60W to 2000W, with resistance values from 0.1Ω to 10KΩ. It supports two resistance tolerances (±1% / ±5%) and multiple temperature coefficient options. Three ingress protection grades (standard IP20, optional IP54 & IP65) are available to adapt to diverse working environments.
