3. Onsite Installation & Commissioning Standard

1. Full installation follows TB/T1393-93 specification; wiring is divided into three independent compartments for fan power, sensing cable and high-power braking cable; cabinet is isolated separately with air outlet away from operator walkway to avoid hot air scald injury.

2. Pre-commissioning test includes fan rotation check, air pressure verification and insulation resistance test; system is forbidden to connect with drilling rig until full debugging passes.

3. Operation rule: Pre-ventilate cabinet for 15min before startup to remove internal moisture; no flammable goods allowed around resistor cabinet; air inlet & outlet filter shall be cleaned regularly to avoid airflow blockage & overheating.
